Rotary Sheet Cutter( Reel To Sheet Cutter)
The heavy duty
sheet cutter is designed to give sharp and
accurate cutting of plain paper and 2 –
ply corrugated board without damaging the
flutes. The machine is provided with PIV gear
box. It can also be coupled with corrugation
machine for on –line faster production.
A simple and sturdy
machine is to make multi – ply corrugated
boards of 3.5 and 7 ply. The gluing rolls
are smoothly finished which do not leave impression
on boards after lamination.

Platen Punching Press
Deluxe Series of
Platen Punching Presses are sub – vertical,
mechanical presses best suited to the requirements
of Carton Printers. They are specially designed
to ensure precision register for alignment
of cutting and creasing rules.
Besides creasing and punching of paperboard,
corrugated board, rubber, plastics, leather,
etc., the machine also performs cuts and half
cuts of stickers.
As the name suggests
this machine is meant for trimming the edge
and creasing the corrugated board simultaneously.
The machine is sturdy in construction and
very easy to operate. Creasing and cutting
heads provided in the machine can be easily
set to the required sizes. Side gauges are
provided on the feeding platform for accurate
feeding of the sheets.

Eccentric Slotter
This heavy duty
machine is used for slotting and corner cutting
the corrugated board simultaneously. Three
slotting heads and one corner cutting head
is provided with the machine. The heads can
be easily set as per required sizes. Setting
screws are provided on the female cutter side
for accurate setting of cutter blades. Guages
are provided on the feeding table for accurate
feeding.
The board printer
is designed to print single / two colour printing
on paper / corrugated board without damaging
the flutes. The printing is done by fixing
rubber stereo/ nylon block on the cylinder,
smooth flow of ink is provided by pump mechanism,
chain arrangements is provided on the machine
for accurate and quality printing.

Combined Rotary Creaser And Slotter
This machine is

Box Stitching (Straight/Angular)
This machine is
suitable for stapling cardboard and corrugated
boxes using round or flat wire providing strong
grip to the boxes with speed up to 300 stitches
per minute. It is available in different models
such as straight, angular, bottom and flat
stitcher.
Designed to cut
corrugated board and plain paper. The knife
of the cutter is properly balanced to enable
free cutting by minimum pressure. To achieve
accurate right angle cutting, gauge guides
are provided on the machine.
